How We Buy
What gets a brand onto our floor
Where it's built. Wherever we can, we choose American manufacturing: Southern Motion in Pontotoc, Mississippi; England in New Tazewell, Tennessee; Fusion in Ecru, Mississippi; Vaughan-Bassett in Galax, Virginia; John Thomas in Thomasville, North Carolina. Canadel comes from Louiseville, Quebec — close enough to visit, and family-run like we are.
How it's built. Solid wood over veneered particleboard where it matters. Dovetail drawers, eight-way hand-tied springs, performance fabrics that survive kids and dogs, and mattress construction we'd sleep on ourselves — including our custom two-sided Serta models.
Whether we can service it. A brand has to stand behind its product after delivery. Our delivery crews, service techs, and protection plans only work if the manufacturer does too.
