How Gavigan's collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us.

This policy describes how we handle information submitted through this website. Final wording is subject to legal review.

Information We Collect

When you contact Gavigan's Home Furnishings through this website, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, the showroom you prefer, and any message you include with an appointment request, career application, or email sign-up. If you purchase in one of our Maryland showrooms, our sales and delivery systems also hold the order, delivery address, and service history associated with that purchase.

We also collect ordinary technical information that every website receives, such as your browser type, device screen size, the pages you view, and the referring site that sent you here. This information is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and where the site needs work.

How We Use It

We use the information you submit to respond to you: to confirm a showroom or mattress appointment, to answer a question about delivery or pickup, to add you to our sale-news email list when you ask to join, or to review a job application. We use technical information to maintain and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the details submitted through this site to build advertising profiles about you.

Sharing

Information is shared only with the service providers who help us operate: our website and email infrastructure, our delivery and warehouse operations, and the finance or protection-plan partners named on our financing and protection plan pages when you apply for one of those programs directly. Each of those partners handles your information under its own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect the safety of our customers and employees.

Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep the site working correctly and to measure aggregate traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site remains usable, though some conveniences may not carry between visits.

SMS Terms

If you give us a mobile number on an appointment or delivery request, we may text you about that specific request or delivery window. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us, or tell the associate you are working with.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for adults shopping for a home. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through one of our forms, contact us and we will remove it.

California Rights

If you are a California resident, you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you will not be treated differently for exercising those rights. Contact any showroom or our Linthicum office to make a request, and we will verify your identity before acting on it.

See it, sit on it, feel the difference.
