Our close-outs collection covers three overlapping categories: true clearance items marked down because a style is being discontinued, limited-run pieces that were only ordered in small quantities and won't be restocked, and manager's special pricing on floor samples or overstock that needs to move quickly to make room for new arrivals. Some pieces show light showroom wear from display, which is always noted by our sales team before purchase. Because these are one-off deals on specific units rather than an ongoing product line, closeout items are excluded from other storewide promotions — see current promotions for what's active separately.

Stock moves fast in this collection, sometimes within days of being posted, so if you see something you want, calling your nearest showroom or the stores page for contact information before making the trip is the safest way to confirm availability.

Because closeout inventory is limited to what's physically on hand, it pays to be flexible — if you're set on a very specific fabric or dimension, browsing our regular living room or bedroom collections may serve you better than waiting on a one-off deal. But for buyers open to color or finish, closeouts routinely offer 30–50% savings versus regular pricing on comparable new pieces. Delivery, warehouse pickup, and financing through the Gavigan's credit card issued by Wells Fargo all still apply to closeout purchases, though protection plans and manufacturer promotions generally do not extend to marked-down or floor-sample units.
