Who administers Gavigan's furniture protection plans?
Our plans are administered through ServeCo, a national furniture protection provider, and cover both furniture and adjustable bases purchased from any Gavigan's showroom in Maryland.
What's the difference between the 5-year and 10-year plans?
Both cover accidental damage to your furniture and adjustable bases; the 10-year plan simply extends that same accidental coverage twice as long for pieces you plan to keep.
What is the Total Care VIP plan's store-credit guarantee?
It's our "don't use it, you don't lose it" guarantee — if you don't file a claim, you get store credit based on your purchase amount: $99 credit on a minimum $199 purchase, up to $499 credit on a minimum $999 purchase. Conditions apply.
When do I redeem the store credit?
Store credit must be redeemed within 30 days of your plan's 5-year anniversary. Mark your calendar so you don't miss the window at your nearest Gavigan's showroom.
Can I add a protection plan to any purchase?
Protection plans can be added to furniture and adjustable base purchases at any of our Catonsville, Frederick, Bel Air, Glen Burnie, Towson, or Westminster showrooms, alongside delivery or warehouse pickup.
