Warehouse Pickup in Linthicum

• Pickups are by appointment only — call 410-609-2114 x299 and schedule at least 24 hours in advance.
• We schedule your appointment after the order arrives at our Linthicum warehouse and is inspected for damage.
• Orders must be paid in full before pickup.
• Items are unassembled and in original factory packaging — measure your vehicle before you load up.
• Most items — dining chairs, bar stools, and tables — require assembly. Request assembly in advance; an assembly fee applies and you should allow a few days.
• Pickup is contactless: our staff will not assist with loading. Bring help plus your own ties, straps, and moving blankets.
• Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours, with the original packaging kept.
• If a product is refused after pickup, a $199 return fee applies if Gavigan's retrieves it, or $50 if you return it to the warehouse.

Our warehouse and distribution center is at 700B Evelyn Ave, Linthicum, MD 21090, just off I-695 exit 8 — easy to reach from Catonsville, Glen Burnie, Towson, and the rest of the Baltimore metro area.

From I-695 in either direction, take exit 8 toward Camp Meade Rd / Aviation Blvd, then follow signs toward Evelyn Ave. Check in at the pickup office with your order number and photo ID, then pull around to the loading dock when directed.
