A few things make special orders and delivery day go smoothly for Gavigan's customers throughout Maryland and the Baltimore metro area: special orders typically take 2 to 12 weeks to reach our Linthicum warehouse, your balance must be paid in full before we schedule, deliveries can be rescheduled up to 72 hours out, and you'll get a call the day before with a four-hour window plus live truck tracking.

- Have the room cleared and the delivery path open before we arrive, whether you're in Catonsville, Towson, or anywhere in central Maryland.
- Our crews do not move or remove existing furniture, including old mattresses and box springs, so please clear those out beforehand.
- An adult must be home to accept and sign for the delivery.
- We call the day before with a four-hour window, and you can follow the truck with live tracking on the day.
