Payments
When is my balance due?
It is required that your balance is paid before you schedule your delivery day or your pickup day.
Special Order Items
What is the timeline on special order items?
If your purchase is a special order, you may have a quote time of; 2-3 weeks, 4-6 weeks, 6-8 weeks, 8-10 weeks, or 10-12 weeks. These time frames are for Gavigans to receive your furniture, not delivered to your home.
Delivery
When will I know when my items will be delivered?
The day before your scheduled delivery day, you’ll receive an automatic phone call reciting your 4-hour time frame.
Can you rearrange my furniture for me during delivery?
When receiving your furniture, the room must be emptied & ready to receive the new furniture. We do not move or remove existing furniture for liability & sanitary reasons.
What if I need to reschedule my delivery?
If your selected delivery day no longer works for you, please reschedule 72 hours prior to that day or you’ll be assessed an unloading fee equal to your delivery cost.
What if I can't be home for my delivery?
In the unfortunate incidence that you cannot be home during the day you scheduled, you must have an adult present to receive your furniture. If there is no one home, an unloading fee equal to your delivery cost will be assessed before you can schedule another delivery day
