Sales Associate Requirements
Must have retail & selling experience.
Must be computer literate.
Possess strong social & communication skills.
Be enthusiastic, energetic & motivated.
Team player, but able to work independently.
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
Able to build a sale through continued use of learned selling skills.
Flexible schedule, however, must be able to work weekends & minor holidays.
Must be able to clean/maintain their assigned showroom section.
Above-average math skills are a plus.
After the training provided, be able to:
Sell our merchandise through excellent presentations, professional demeanor, & unparalleled product knowledge.
Turn customers into clients by establishing and building rapport, trust, and value.
Greet customers in-store, qualify & overcome any objections and close the sale.
Explain finance promotions & process the customer’s credit application.
Clean, correct paperwork.
Enter sales through the use of Point of Sale.
